The history of Fiorentini Alimentari
Back in the 50s of the last century, Vittorio Fiorentini offered his customers foods that he discovered in his research around the world, foods such as couscous, unleavened bread, spices, fruits and sauces with mysterious names. He began selling food products in the store opened in 1918 by Leonildo Fiorentini in the center of Turin.
Roberto and Adriana Fiorentini inherited Vittorio's curiosity about food, integrating it with an intuition about trends and enriching the range with the first healthy and macrobiotic products.
And so in 2002 Fiorentini production was born, focused on bread substitutes with attention to all aspects of the subject, from gluten-free to vegan to organic, simple products, with a high level of quality, with strong health value.
