Jan Stock worked in the kitchen on Holland-America Line ships in the 1960s. As ‘chef garde manger’, he was in charge of the cold kitchen. His French colleagues soon translated his name as „Jean Button“. Under this name, it became famous for its delicious sauces.
A range of specialty mayonnaises is available under the name „Jean Bâton“. Inspired by the creativity and quality consciousness of Jan Stock.
Ingredients: 74.5% rapeseed oil, pasteurized free-range chicken yolk, vinegar, sugar, 1.5% truffle (Tuber aestivum vitt), 1.5% sunflower oil, aroma, salt, MUSTARD SEEDS, herbs and spices, antioxidant: E385.
