The history of Fiorentini Alimentari Back in the 50s of the last century, Vittorio Fiorentini offered his customers foods that he discovered in his research around the world, foods such as couscous, unleavened bread, spices, fruits and sauces with mysterious names. He began selling food products in the store opened in 1918 by Leonildo Fiorentini in the center of Turin.
