For the production of smoked pepper powder „La Chinata“ for each of its varieties (sweet, medium hot and hot), the best pepper from the La Vera area, grown after a selected selection by our farmers, is selected. healthy and clean in October and November. The pepper is transported directly to the dryers. The drying process is carried out in a traditional way, in which by burning wood from a stone oak or beech, the pepper is smoked and thus dried. The process takes 15 days until the treasure of smoky dry fruits is achieved. Suitable for meat and meatless dishes. It does not contain gluten.
