Ingredients of the filling 60%: ricotta cheese 16% (whey, salt), burrata 16% (pasteurized milk, milk cream, salt, rennet, lactic ferments), mozzarella cheese 13% (milk, salt, coagulating enzyme), peeled semi-dried tomatoes 10%, ), breadcrumbs (soft wheat flour type "0", brewer's yeast, salt), cream,with powder, sunflower oil, lactose, starch, grated cheese (milk, salt, rennet), double tomato paste 2.5%, semi-finished product with basil 1.9% (basil 89%, sunflower oil, salt), dried tomatoes 1.5%, salt, potato fiber.

Ingredients of pasta 40% : Wheat flour, eggs 24%, durum wheat semolina.
