A fermented nut specialty with a unique natural taste, which consists of an enviable number of ingredients – as many as four in number. These are cashews, coconut oil, sourdough and salt and are just as much as they need to achieve excellent taste and structure. The nuts are always raw and activated before the much-desired fermentation begins.
D’free is clean labeled and has no ingredients of animal origin, does not contain lactose and gluten, has no enhancers, preservatives or dyes.
Ingredients: cashew 84%, coconut oil, salt, vegan starter (Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Streptococcus thermophilus).
